Section 1: Membership Requirements
USAFC reserves the right to cancel a pilot’s membership if deemed necessary without prior notice but an explanation will be provided. USAFC reserves the right to refuse any virtual pilots application for membership without cause or explanation. USAFC is in no way affiliated to any real world airline.
USAFC reserves the right to make random checks on your VATSIM/IVAO account for the purpose of validating flights where necessary.
When joining USAFC, pilots may credit initial hours to their logbooks that have been gained from a previous VA via a verifiable link.
Transfer hours can only be added to your account on your initial application and will count towards your rank or status here at USAFC.
You may fly online or offline at USAFC, however online flying is preferred on VATSIM or IVAO; or even our Private FS-host Server. Note when flying on vatsim or IVAO In the remarks section insert Radio Callsign = Ultimate
You may terminate your membership of USAFC at any time by providing a written (email) notice of termination. Your flight data and complete profile information including hours and awards will remain in the system should you want to return.
Any staff member who resigns or has their position terminated will be subject to both their management and flying accounts being closed while permissions are reset to a standard pilot, there will be no data loss to your flying hours or status or ranking except your ability to enter the administration of the site.
You must be at least 13 years of age to join USA Flight Club. Pilots not adhering to this rule will have their accounts terminated without prior notice.
Registration from an email account that gets returned by the system will be refused immediately.
Section 2: Flight Pilocy
You must file your 1st PIREP within 14 days of membership activation. Failure to do so will automatically mark you as inactive. Note you must fly a minimum of three (3) flights per month. Failure to fly three (3) flights in a calendar month for 90 days will mark your account inactive.
We would respectfully ask you to only credit flying hours to your logbook gained flying approved company flights, aircraft, and call-sign.
Flights logged on k-ACARS and/or FS-Passengers must use the same call sign and format as displayed on the flight you have booked from the schedules used on the VATSIM / IVAO / FSHOST Server network (or vice versa). Failure to follow this will prevent your PIREP from being transmitted to the system and being approved.
The approved call sign for USAFC is “UFC” and your flight number from the schedules. Example: “UFC 1001” This format is to be used when flying online at all times and crediting your logbook accordingly.
Pilots may only credit hours to their logbooks that have been gained on an aircraft and route that is part of the USAFC fleet and schedule.
ALL PIREP's are subject to approval before being accepted into your logbook and a check may be made where ever possible to verify the flight.
It is not allowed to make extended flights where you are not at the controls of the aircraft. This means overnight flights, where the pilot is sleeping but still gaining hours and seniority. Pilots found to be flying for extended periods while not at the controls will have any hours gained removed from their logbook. A continual breech of this rule may find your membership TERMINATED. However, For pilots using FS-Net and FSX will be allowed to fly in the same plane for the very same flight.
